the solution is simple:
your phone needs you to log in using your gmail account?
1)try loging in several times as there might be a network problem.
2)you might not be having enough airtime,try reloading using another phone then try process one
3)it can happen that you had put off your wi-fi and data,and as a result,you are offline.
this might look weird,but it helps,cll yourself using another phone swipe the task bar down and activate wi-fi,if it does not allow you to do so…consume all your battery and when the warning tab appears,click on the battery option,this will enable you switch on wi-fi after which,you will log in your gmail account
4)if you do not remember your password complitely,you will have to go to option 4 which will require you to erase all your data…>long press the power up key,then home button,then power on key,after it shows the welcome screen,release the power button.
A tab will appear on the screen that you have never seen,click on the errase/clear data
